Dress Code

We kindly ask you to dress in formal attire. Elegant evening wear such as floor-length or elevated midi dresses, and tailored suits with ties are encouraged. Think classic & polished. Colorado weather in October can be anything. We will be in a heated tent but be prepared for any weather. Please refrain from wearing any hats. To know Allison to know she loves renting clothes so please consider renting your dress instead of buying something new!

Transportation

We will have shuttles running to and from our hotel blocks in Downtown Denver. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) can be used to arrive at Arrowhead, but they are not a reliable form of transportation to leave. Wait times are often over an hour, and drivers may not show up at all. If you're unable to use the shuttle and would not like to drive, we recommend arranging a car/taxi ahead of time. There is complementary parking and cars can remain overnight until 10am the following day.

Transportation

By staying downtown, there is no need to rent a car unless you're looking to explore the greater Denver area. You can take an Uber to your hotel or take the light rail from the Denver Airport to Union Station with a short walk (2-8min) to your hotel. There will be a shuttle to and from the wedding + reception from the Hilton + Limelight

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus ones will be indicated on the invite. If you're unsure, please reach out to Jeff & Allison.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Attendance for children 14 years and older will be indicated on your invitation. Otherwise, night off for the parents! If you need help arranging a sitter, please reach out to Jeff & Allison

What time does the wedding start?

Promptly at 5:30 in the afternoon. No late arrivals will be allowed to enter the ceremony.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony

If you're not taking the shuttle, please arrive no later than 5:15pm. No late arrivals will be allowed to enter the ceremony.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

What's the dress code of the wedding?

Formal! Think floor-length dresses or a dark suit + tie. Please refrain from wearing white and white-passing colors. Jeff specifically has requested no hats. To know Allison is to know she loves renting clothes and encourages renting a fun formal dress for the wedding.

What's the weather like in Denver in October?

In October, the weather typically is between 40-70 degrees, getting chillier into the evening. The ceremony + cocktail hour will be outside followed by the reception inside a tent. There will be heaters for the tent.

Are there any additional events?

We're hosting a Welcome Party Friday evening and a Farewell Breakfast Sunday morning

Yes! Please indicate when you RSVP. Our meat option is a duet plate of two proteins. If you have a dietary restriction for one of the proteins, we can accommodate your restriction.
